  • Phase 1: Introduced 21 financial management roles, covering Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Billing & Terminations, Dispute Management, Renewals, and Sales Support.
  • Phase 2: Expanded with 10 specialized positions, including Management Accountants,


Treasury & Financial Accountants, Financial Planning & Analysis experts, Financial Data Analysts, Procurement Specialists, and Senior Financial Analysts – Pricing. These additions enhanced operational capabilities and supported the client’s evolving business objectives.

  • Outstanding receivables reduced significantly, achieving 109% of the collection target for 2024, boosting cash flow and financial stability.
  • Billing and Termination processes optimized, resulting in faster collections.
  • Disputes over 365 days reduced from £50,000 to £30,000.
  • Enhanced financial analysis and strategic planning enabled the client to achieve business goals effectively, increasing profitability and laying a stronger foundation for long-term growth.
